Born in Yugoslavia, Dusan grew up in Serbia where he started playing tennis after being a gymnast and track and field athlete as a young boy. He is a tennis lifer, a teacher, a coach, a mentor, an avid gold enthusiast, and an amateur psychologist. He won three Grand Slam titles as a coach on Novak Djokovic’s team and is currently the head coach of on-tour ATP player, Brandon Nakashima.

30 singles titles and 5 doubles titles, two-time U.S. Open Champion (1979 & 1981), and Wimbledon Mixed Doubles Champion in 1980, Highest singles ranking at No.1 in 1980, the youngest to be inducted into the International Hall of Fame in 1992, Ranked in the top 10 from 1979-1983, won singles titles on all playing surfaces: clay (both red clay and green clay), indoor carpet, grass, and hard courts.
David Machpherson
